Arinze Okoye

Arinze Okoye is the Founding Partner of Aston Bernice Attorneys, bringing over five years of legal experience built specifically around real estate law, contracts, and due diligence. Before establishing the firm, he served as Legal Officer at a leading real estate firm in Nigeria, managing high-stakes property transactions and overseeing the compliance work that keeps a deal defensible long after it closes.

That foundation extends beyond the courtroom and the conveyance. Arinze's experience spans corporate governance, project management, facility management, and cross-functional team leadership, disciplines that shape how he structures a matter, not just how he argues one. Certifications in data analysis and project management sharpen that further, letting him bring a data-informed lens to decisions that are traditionally made on instinct alone. He is a member of the ICSAN, a standing that reflects his ongoing commitment to corporate governance.

Arinze holds an LLB from Enugu State University of Science and Technology and is called to the Nigerian Bar. His long-term vision is to merge that legal grounding with business and international finance, work he sees as a natural extension of what property law already demands.

He built Aston Bernice on a simple premise: that property law, done properly, is a business discipline first and a legal one second.
